Just ok

I have to say I LOVE this game, however, there are so many glitches that it becomes frustrating. Similar to Diner Dash (without having to color code the seating, Thank Goodness!). My biggest pet peeve is that at the end of a level, there are no customers left and the waitress just stands there... that is because there is an "invisible" customer by the door and you have to drag your finger from the door area to the seating area a bunch of times and the customer will "appear". However, by now their heart level is depleted from waiting so long. Also, there does not appear to be a way to increase a customers satisfaction level. Their heart levels go down WHILE they are sitting at the table, served and without other issues (complaint, fight, etc.). I would give this 5 stars for fun, but without fixes to this issues, it gets 3.

I tried several times and finally uninstalled the game.

But integrating Open Feint doesnt repair what is wrong with the games mechanics. The developer is obviously not working to improve the games faults, and from what I can tell of CDEs reviews for other titles, they rarely do. Touch interface still needs fine tuning, controls arent always responsive, customers are ridiculously difficult to please from the get-go, and no real detailed tutorial exists. And I may be nitpicking, but the noise the game makes when you are issuing commands sounds like a laser gun...its annoying. The game deserves 2 stars, but the developers disregard for consumer feedback gets it 1 star. Again, I dig the concept and REALLY want to like the game, but the developer doesnt appear to care. My advice--save your buck until there is an update that repairs the games functions or spend it on another time management game...there are plenty in the app store that are better than this.

Im enjoying the game. An update might help, with some lagging on having the people sit. But great price, and I like it. Not easy

I got this game hoping I would just love it. Ive been disappointed so far. The game itself is a really good idea but it has a ton of bugs. I sent an email to the developers and im waiting to hear back. Complaints: 1) There seems to be an issue with customers disappearing. If u get to the end of a lvl and it doesnt end and theres no one else in the store then u have an invisible customer. When this happens to me (which is often) I have to exit the game and go back in. Start the lvl and it will then show the invisible customer. Which at this point is really angry. Once hes served the lvl is over. My big problem here is when I do this I either will no longer have any money or i completly lose all my progress and have to start over. Grrrrrrrrr 2) The game kept crashing on me and I kept having to start over. Well I finally was able to make it to lvl 16 and saved the game. I even exited the game and came back in to make sure it saved and it did. Well a few hours later I return to the game and its gone!!! My saved game is gone!! Now I have to start all over again!! The developers really need to fix these issues. Im so tired of having to restart and rebuy stuff. If theres no update to this soon I will be demanding my dollar back. My suggestion is dont buy this till they fix it. Or if u do then dont play it till theres an update fixing the bugs. If u play u could have the same issues and end up getting real mad. Also everyone who has these issues or other issues please go back to the game info page and at the bottom click on report a problem. Click on the one that says this game has bugs (or whatever it says). That way apple will know about this and get it handled for us. Do the same on any other game that has problems. Game is very frustrating as customers keep disappearing and once found the game offers no way to improve morale. Some customers come in upset and no matter how quickly they are served their morale continues to decrease. This game really needs some updates and fixes before it comes close to being worth your $.99.

...............but only 30 days/levels of game play then its over.!! please make more levels...it is a fun game

It wont let me pass day 10 and Ive met the level requirements!! So frustrating!

Interface is clumsy and tap points are off. Customer disappears and then game wont complete level. Played 3 levels and gave up. Not worth even a free price much less .99!

Cant figure out how to save my progress. Everytime I go back I. It saves my upgrades but I start back at day 1. Lots of weird kinks. I give up.

i have a hard time playing this game. please fix it! Also i cant slide the drinks well when on bartender mode. :(

How on earth do you get support for the glitches in thid game. I mean there are invisible customers left at the door >> glitch << and I cant find any rhyme or reason as to how you slide the drink down the bar. There is no consistent way to do it and get it within the boundaries for success. Great concept Bad execution :(
